The Miz Gets Big Props From WWE Locker Room For Finishing WrestleMania Backlash Match

The Miz was devoured by zombies at WrestleMania Backlash. To make matters even worse, he was injured in the process. Now the A-Lister is awaiting a doctor appointment to tell him how bad his knee is injured.

We previously reported that The Miz will see a doctor this week to determine the extent of his ACL injury. It is believed to be a tear, but it is unknown how bad his injury is.

Fightful Select reports that Superstars at the monitors backstage at WrestleMania Backlash could tell something was wrong. They didn’t think it was a severe injury, and many gave The Miz props for finishing the match.

As seen on the show, there was a specific finish they were getting to, and Miz was applauded, figuratively, for making sure he got there despite serious injury. This is the first major injury of Miz’s career

That zombie lumberjack match at WrestleMania Backlash was also pre-taped. The Miz could have stopped the contest, but he apparently carried on. Now we will have to wait and see how long The Miz will be out of action.

The Miz sent out funny tweet on the morning after he was eaten by zombies in the ThunderDome. He didn’t make any mention to his busted knee, but he did hint that there could be some undead changes going on.
