Daniels teased his own retirement following that loss on Dynamite. He is still with AEW in a talent relations role. That isn’t likely to change, but his career in the ring could be over.

The Fallen Angel posted a photo of himself following that brutal loss on Dynamite. He showed off his busted up face, complete with a big black eye. He didn’t include any caption, but that wasn’t really needed in this case.

Christopher Daniels had a great career in pro wrestling. Even if he calls it a career right now he still made a ton of memories and had fantastic matches. It’s always sad to see one of the good ones retire, but everything must come to an end.
