Christopher Daniels Teases Retirement After SCU Loss On AEW Dynamite

On this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, The Young Bucks defended their AEW Tag Team Championships against SCU, comprising of Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian in a tag team match.

Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian promised months ago that the next time they lose a match, it will be their last as a tag team. Despite their best efforts, Daniels and Kazarian were not able to win the match and were officially disbanded as team.

After SCU’s heartbreaking loss and splitting up, Christopher Daniels took to Twitter and hinted that his match against The Young Bucks might be his last match ever. as Daniels simply said that might be all.

Of course, Daniels might also just be referring to the end of SCU and he might continue in AEW as a singles wrestler. We will have to wait and see what is next for Daniels and Kazarian now that they are no longer a tag team.
