Johnny Gargano Set To Defend North American Title On WWE NXT Next Week

Johnny Gargano has made the NXT North American Title his own, but some Superstars would love to change that. He is set to defend the title next week against a man big enough to get the job done.

The opening match on NXT did not go well for Austin Theory this week. He faced NXT Champion Karrion Kross and the referee had to eventually stop the match. Johnny Gargano was at ringside cheering Theory on, but next week he will be wrestling.

They revealed that Bronson Reed will get another shot at the NXT North American Title next week. This is an interesting decision, but it would start the build toward NXT TakeOver: In Your House on June 13th.
