Mia Yim is coming to SmackDown after Retribution’s split. We still have not heard anything about Slapjack, but the former Reckoning will make her debut on the blue brand this week.

Ringside News exclusively reported that Mia Yim was set to debut last week, but that idea was nixed. They pushed her debut until the next week.

Dave Meltzer reported on F4WOnline that the company plans to debut Mia Yim next week instead. It is not known why WWE made the call to hold her debut off until the go-home episode before WrestleMania Backlash.

Yim is tentatively scheduled to debut on this coming Friday’s Smackdown show.

Reckoning’s mask might be gone, but we have not heard any confirmation if WWE is going to drop her name. They do have it copyrighted. Mace and T-Bar also kept their Retribution names. It seems to be up in the air at this point, but Mia Yim is still on her way to Friday Night SmackDown one way or another.
