Impact Wrestling’s Rebellion event proved to be a night of great matches and memorable moments. However, it also saw some scary bumps being taken that concerned fans.

Matt Cardona took on Bryan Myers in a singles match. During the match, Cardona was thrown into the air and landed in an awkward angle and seemingly hurt his knee. The match was stopped after the referee threw up the “X” sign, indicating a suspected injury.

Many fans were concerned about Cardona’s injury status. Cardona took to Twitter and gave an update on his condition, revealing that it wasn’t as bad as it felt.

“Hopefully not as bad as it felt. Knee cap is back in place. Thanks guys.”

There still remains an ongoing debate regarding his injury as some fans believe Cardona’s injury is a work while others believe it’s legitimate. We will have to see what’s next in store for Cardona Rebellion.
