Kurt Angle retired from in-ring competition, but he is still in great shape. Some fans thought that he might have been AEW’s big Revolution surprise, but that didn’t happen, but would he ever wrestle for them?

During The Kurt Angle Show, the Olympic Hero was asked whether he would wrestle for AEW. He replied negatively to that question before mentioning that he did text message Paul Wight to congratulate him on his new gig.

“I don’t think so, I texted Big Show and said congratulations on signing with AEW and he said ‘Oh man, I feel like I’m 25.’ I was like holy sh*t, you’re going to wrestle? He didn’t answer me, but he said he felt like he was 25 again, I guess that means he’s going to wrestle, I don’t know.”

Paul Wight might feel like he’s 25 again, but Kurt Angle doesn’t. He is in good shape, but he’s not about to put any more damage on his body by wrestling. We’ll have to see how often Paul Wight competes for AEW, but don’t expect to see Kurt Angle actually lace up his boots for competition again.
