Impact Wrestling and AEW have a partnership going on, and NJPW is in the mix as well. This ‘Forbidden Door’ between companies is now open, but only men have walked through it so far.

Deonna Purrazzo tweeted out a request to Scott D’Amore for him to bring a woman in as part of this deal. NJPW might not have any females to offer, but there is an AEW women’s division teeming with talent.

Can we get women to step thru this Forbidden Door yet OR WHAT, conspirator D’Amore?????? @ScottDAmore

We’ll have to see what happens in this situation because it can be tricky booking wrestlers across promotions. Sammy Guevara’s recent issues with Impact Wrestling’s booking should prove that.

Deonna Purrazzo is certainly ready to face anyone Impact Wrestling wants to bring in. She obviously wouldn’t mind having that spotlight on her match either.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
