Adam Cole comes to the ring and we see a replay of last week when he attacked Kyle O’Reilly and Finn Balor. Cole says after watching the footage he feels sick to his stomach. Everyone knows the NXT Championship is very important to him but he doesn’t like the guy it makes him. He was pissed that Kyle got opportunities instead of him, and he failed repeatedly. However that doesn’t excuse his actions and he is ashamed of himself.

Cole looks into the screen and addresses Kyle O’Reilly, saying he wishes they could be having this conversation face-to-face but they can’t and it’s his fault. Cole says he made a terrible mistake and he hates himself for it. He apologises and says he will do everything he can to fix it. Roderick Strong comes onto the stage and says it’s a little late to feel bad. For ten days he couldn’t let any of them know what was going on. Strong says everything is changed now, The Undisputed Era was built on love and trust, but he threw it all away. Strong says Cole knows O’Reilly and when he heals he’ll come for him.
