The Rock has accomplished a ton in his career. He is a guaranteed WWE Hall of Famer at this point, and his accomplishments outside of the company aren’t stopping either.

Cigar Aficionado recently spoke to the People’s Champion about his new version of the XFL. This led to him discussing the kind of legacy he wants to leave when he was asked what’s next for him in the sports and entertainment world after accomplishing so much.

“What’s important to me now, and what will be important to me five years from now, eight years from now, 10 years from now, is legacy. January 15 [2020], my dad died suddenly. Gone. I didn’t have a chance to say goodbye to him. That’s a tough one to reconcile. We all lose our loved ones, but when we don’t get a chance to say goodbye, that’s tough.”

“So, this idea of legacy and what that means, not only leaving a legacy, but sustaining it, and how much more can we push the legacy along, how much more can you expand it, where you can take it. Legacy.”

The Rock has accomplished so much in his life that he changed the way people look at crossover stars in WWE. His name will continue lighting up marquees in Hollywood and he might have another match left in him with WWE as well. This is all something he is considering while looking to the future and his next undertaking as Dwayne Johnson sustains everything he has achieved.
