The Rock remains one of the biggest names in the world of professional wrestling, being a mainstay of WWE during the Attitude Era. However, he was not safe from brutal ribs pulled by his peers.
While speaking on the Busted Open Radio podcast, Mark Henry somewhat agreed with The Undertaker’s views on current pro wrestlers, but then added that there are quite a few current wrestlers who are as tough as those from the older eras.
Henry then revealed a backstage rib that was pulled by some wrestlers on The Rock. Henry said that some wrestlers took a crap in The Rock’s food box, stating that they were jealous of Henry and The Rock.
“Me and The Rock, we always had our locker right next to each other. I came in and saw people laughing and giggling and running away from where our lockers were. Dwayne would pack chicken breasts and broccoli and stuff to get in the car because he was a body guy. I saw his box was open. I grabbed the box and was going to close it and I looked in it and there was sh*t in it. Somebody sh*t in his food box! So of course, I have to dispose of this and tell him, ‘Hey man, don’t leave your food in here.’ They were envious of us new guys coming in.”
The backstage environment in the previous eras of pro wrestling certainly were different compared to that of today.
