WWE Network is moving to Peacock on March 17th. The new platform for the WWE Network will expose the product to a lot more fans, but those who remember the old WWE Network will be missing some useful features.

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer confirmed that Peacock will not be adding a pause and rewind function to their live streaming events. This means that fans must watch the events live as they happen.

“At first this is going to be like the soccer games. I mean, hopefully this will change in time, but at first there will be no pause. If you’re watching live there will be no pause and no rewind functions. They hope that there be at some point, but at first it won’t be because Peacock doesn’t have it.”

Fans who like to start WWE pay-per-views a little late so they have room to fast forward through the event might run into an issue. The same is true for fans who like to pause live events. Hopefully, Peacock will add this feature, but it’s not going to be included in the launch of the WWE Network on that NBC/Universal streaming platform.
