For a long time now, fans have been wanting to see The Rock and Roman Reigns square off at the Grandest Stage Of Them All. Rumors further strengthened their desire to see the match.
However, The Rock won’t be able to compete at this year’s WrestleMania due to his very busy schedule. That hasn’t affected Roman Reigns, who remains hopeful that he will face The Rock eventually.
While speaking to Ryan Satin of FOX Sports, Reigns discussed his potential match against The Rock at WrestleMania.
The Tribal Chief provided a reason why he thinks the match is definitely possible. Reigns said that he is in the best physical condition of his life.
“I’m in my prime. I’m at my peak physical condition as far as in that ring, athleticism, the whole nine. I can slip and slide. I can do anything in the ring I want to do, I just choose not to do it all, you know what I’m saying?”
Reigns also added that The Rock’s physical conditioning as well is a huge factor that makes the match possible in the future, as The Rock still works out regularly. This would mean he will be able to compete in the ring.
Reigns recently revealed that him facing The Rock at WrestleMania 39 would make the most sense.
