The COVID-19 pandemic has taken over the entire world since last year and has affected several talents in pro wrestling as well.

Nick Jackson of The Young Bucks recently put up a story on Instagram, where the AEW World Tag Team Champion revealed he tested positive for COVID-19 back in September of last year.

Jackson revealed he had a very bad case of COVID-19 and was bedridden for three weeks. He lost his sense of taste and smell for almost three months and Jackson also had hives on his body.

Nick Jackson also said he couldn’t believe there are still those who deny the seriousness of COVID-19.

“Crazy to think there’s still COVID deniers out there in the world.  I had a pretty bad case of COVID in early September that kept me bedridden for nearly 3 weeks.  I couldn’t taste or smell for 2 and a half months.  At one point my whole body had hives on it and my doctor said that it was definetly from COVID.

Matt had to do the majority of the work in matches once I returned safely because I couldn’t catch my breath.  My cardios is finally back but it tooks months to finally feel like myself again.

Let’s protect each other and wear (a) mask.”

Nick Jackson’s brother Matt also recently revealed that their aunt passed away due to COVID-19.
