Kenny Omega On All The Lives Brodie Lee Touched

Brodie Lee passed away and the pro wrestling world lost a great man. AEW wasn’t the only company full of people who had amazing things to say about the man. He was loved wherever he went.

Pro Wrestling Junkies. spoke to Kenny Omega recently where he discussed how happy it has made him to hear so many amazing stories about Brodie Lee. Love for Brodie Lee wasn’t limited to the AEW locker room because he had family in every corner of the pro wrestling world.

“Yeah, absolutely [it was a tough loss]. I do however find a lot of happiness in just looking at my timeline and just seeing all these stories that everyone else had with him and I’m just happy that he was so universally loved by everyone that he worked with and everyone he’d met. It wasn’t something that was exclusive to us. It wasn’t something only we were able to see. So many people had been touched by him, so I’m just glad he was able to meet so many people, touch so many people and be a part of so many people’s lives.”

AEW Dynamite will dedicate a very special episode of Dynamite to Brodie Lee this week. The company also signed his son Brodie Lee Jr to legit contract. When he becomes of age he will join the company as well.
