Triple H Reveals Aspect WWE Values Above Anything Else When Signing New Superstar

WWE is always looking to add the top stars they can to the NXT brand. There is one thing that they look for above everything else: charisma.

Triple H was recently featured in the Sports Business Journal. He spoke about what the company looks for when deciding on whether a talent will be the right fit for their company. They want a Superstar who can walk in a room and own it with their charisma, and that can even outweigh experience in the right circumstance.

“For us, charisma is king. I’m looking for that person, male or female, that walks into a room and you’re drawn to them. That just has that charisma factor.”

“You’re looking for the people that have the skillset … but it’s funny for me, I’ll take heart and hunger. … They’ll work a lot harder and they might make mistakes, but in those mistakes you’ll find excellence. And they’ll go above and beyond to prove themselves.”

WWE has a certain type of wrestler they are looking for who can be a well-rounded entertainer. It takes a certain amount of charisma to capture an audience’s attention, especially on the global scale WWE enjoys.

We’ll have to see who WWE signs to a new contract next, but they are likely delivering on that charisma factor in a big way to get the deal.
