Joey Ryan has as a few lawsuits out there, and one of them is against his former employer Impact Wrestling. He is claiming that they fired him unjustly and breached his contract after allegations came out as part of the #SpeakingOut movement.

PWInsider reports that Joey Ryan is requesting a judgement from the Circuit Court of Davidson County, Tennessee. Impact was granted a 30-day extension on top of the original 30 days they had to respond. The lawsuit was filed on September 24th and the company responded on December 4th.

Joey Ryan is seeking $10 million in damages from Impact Wrestling. He claims that they breached his contract with that June release.
