Lio Rush sent out tweet yesterday when he discovered that Meyer was losing his battle. He was heartbroken, and he isn’t alone.

Many have spoken out about Meyer’s impact on their career including James Ellsworth, Renee Michelle and more. Ellsworth wrote a touching tribute when he found out Bruiser passed away.

I’m very grateful that he had a hand in my training when I first started wrestling in 2002. Everyone that knew him loved and respected him. He fought hard against his battle with Leukemia. Prayers go out to his family

Renee Michelle was also trained by Bruiser, and he helped countless others out along the way as well. This is a very sad situation, and he was taken far too soon. Our thoughts are with his family at this time.

There will be many more tributes to come, but you can check out some of the early ones below.
