Sonya Deville Awarded Indefinite Protection Order From Stalker

Sonya Deville’s situation with her stalker didn’t end when the police carted him off. He made several attempts to stay in her life, even having his mail forwarded to her home. Now her restraining order is forever.

Fox 13 Tampa Bay reports that during a hearing yesterday, Deville’s temporary protection injunction against her stalker, Philip A Thomas, is now extended indefinitely until his criminal trial is over.

Thomas is set to appear in court this December, and he will have to answer to the charges of Aggravated Stalking, Armed Burglary of a Dwelling, Attempted Armed Kidnapping, and Criminal Mischief. He is being represented by a public defender.

Deville’s stalker also invoked the fifth amendment and he remains silent.
