WWE had some issues that they needed to address with their employees, so they arranged a meeting. The notes from that meeting include a change in policy.

According to PW Insider, WWE employees took part in a virtual Town Hall meeting today. Stephanie McMahon, Nick Khan, Sarah Cummins, Kristina Salen, and others spoke during the session.

The biggest takeaway is that the company is instituting a “flexible work policy.” Depending on the employee’s role in the company, they can choose to work from work or home. They will not be required to return to the office.

WWE is still planning to make a move to their new corporate headquarters, but the process was delayed. This is still in the plans.

It was said that the overall tone of the meeting was very positive. The company already had several employees working from home, a practice which started when the pandemic started to sweep America.
