Why Zero Matches Have Been Announced So Far For WWE SmackDown Tonight

WWE has one more episode of Friday Night SmackDown, but zero matches are announced as of this writing. There is a very good reason for that.

Ringside News has learned that SmackDown was still being re-written as of late last night. As of this writing, it is still not finalized.

A tenured member of the creative team with very close knowledge of the situation said that no matches are finalized, which is why nothing has been announced. The only two confirmed segments so far involve Roman Reigns and Bayley as they hype Hell In A Cell.

We very well could be looking at another week where fans don’t know what to really expect from the blue brand until a couple of hours prior to the show starting.
