WWE introduced names for three of the five Retribution members this week on RAW. Now T-Bar, Mace, and Slapjack are part of the RAW roster. The females didn’t get names yet, but that almost wasn’t the case.

According to Wrestle Votes, WWE creative was ordered to come up with names for Mia Yim and Mercedes Martinez. They ended up not having to reveal them this week, and that’ s a a good thing.

As it turns out, “Shatter” was one of the names that they were going to use. It wasn’t noted which female member was reportedly going to get that smashing name.

Guys, it gets better! Heard that at one point the females in Retribution needed names on Monday for TV. Thankfully that got scrapped.

One of the names was going to be… “Shatter”.

It’s unclear if WWE will still go with Shatter as a name for a female Retribution member. They still have time to change a lot of things about the stable.

It would also make perfect sense if WWE allowed them to actually be themselves and tell their own stories. Each member of Retribution have experienced different struggles on their way to WWE that could be included in a story to explain their frustrations.
