Edge & Daniel Bryan’s WWE Writing Responsibilities Have Changed

Daniel Bryan and Edge are more than just Superstars. They are also on the WWE creative team, and they have been for months. Their roles were just changed a bit along with the rest of the writers.

We previously exclusively reported that WWE has split the writing teams once again. Now there are very select people who write for both shows. Edge and Daniel Bryan are on the writing team and they are not immune to this.

Ringside News has learned that Edge and Daniel Bryan were split with the writing team along with the majority. They are now only writing and pitching ideas for their respective brands.

Edge is involved with the Raw brand, and Daniel Bryan is helping out with the SmackDown side of the writing. We exclusively provided detailed report about their roles in WWE when they took on positions on the writing team.

Right now Edge is recovering from his triceps injury, and Daniel Bryan is enjoying a sabbatical with his growing family. They are still able to attend meetings remotely. Neither needed to ever travel to the office in Stamford on a regular basis to perform their writing duties.
