WWE brought a big show to SmackDown this week in between SummerSlam and Payback. We really never saw the closing segment coming, but was it enough to bring up the entire night’s viewership up?

Showbuzz Daily reports that WWE Friday Night SmackDown scored an overnight average of 2.1805 million viewers. They brought in 2.210 million viewers in the first hour and 2.151 in the second. They also earned a .6 in the 18-49 demographic for both hours.

Last week’s Friday Night SmackDown viewership brought in 2.1675 million viewers. They scored a .6 in the 18-49 demographic. They averaged 2.189 million viewers in the first hour and 2.146 million viewers in the second hour.

The previous week’s episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown drew an overnight average of 1.9785 million viewers. They also pulled a .5 in the 19-49 demographic. They drew 1.932 million in the first hour and 2.025 million in the second.

The week prior’s episode drew. 1.924 million viewers. They also scored a .5 rating in the 18-49 demographic. The week before that brought in 1.892 million viewers. This was a bit down from the previous week. 

The week prior’s show brought in 1.97 million viewers. The first hour earned 1.985 million viewers with the second hour bringing in 1.956 million viewers. They captured a .5 rating in the 18-49 demographic.
