WWE released several Superstars on April 15th, and some of them have already found new pro wrestling homes. Aiden English is still waiting to make his first real move since departing WWE.

Now going under his real name Matt Rehwoldt, he posted a pretty big tease for AEW last night. A lot of fans assumed he was looking into joining the Dark Order.

One fan tweeted out at Rehwoldt saying that he assumes AEW is his destination. The former Aiden English had a reply that didn’t back up this fan’s theory at all.

I’m all me right now…

We’ll have to see what’s next for Matt Rehwoldt. Since Miro is also no longer under WWE’s umbrella the two could always re-form their union on the indies. “Rusev Day” might be in WWE’s collection of intellectual property, but “Miro Day” could still sell a ton of merchandise if they want to go that route.

Rehwoldt will continue doing his own thing, but odds are we haven’t seen the last of him in a pro wrestling ring.
