Zelina Vega Paid Tribute Aaliyah With Wrestling Gear On WWE RAW This Week

Zelina Vega is known for her cosplay. She has dressed up as characters from many popular video games and movies. She paid tribute to one of her heroes in music during RAW this week.

Zelina Vega’s gear on RAW this week was a tribute to Aaliyah. The singer perished in a plane crash on August 25th, 2001. Needless to say, last night was very special for Zelina Vega as she got to honor her.

I celebrate Aaliyah everyday.. but my gear tonight was a very special dedication to her. January 16, August 25 and everyday, we rep #babygirl. Tonight I wanted to do it on @WWE #RAW.

Aaliyah’s life ended far too soon as the Queen Of The Damned star died at 22-years-old. Her memory will obviously live on and that was seen last night on RAW which is a place one wouldn’t normally expect to see such a tribute.
