WWE held a very special segment during RAW this week. The RAW Underground segment got a lot of people talking and it also introduced a new concept to the WWE Universe. The company also had some extras they could call to help out.
According to Local Competitor, the people in the fight when McMahon introduced the segment were Mikey Spandex and Dante Marquis. They are both from Task Force.
The Hurt Business also laid a beating to a few wrestlers at the end of the night. Ariel Dominguez was included in that group of people.
This week on @WWE RAW (Megathread): Who competed/appeared on the premiere of RAW Underground? The competitors who fought when Shane McMahon introduced the segment were Mikey Spandex @MikeySpandex & Dante Marquis Carter @inquiswetrust of Task Force.
In the last Underground segment, The Hurt Business attacked numerous WWE & non-WWE competitors. The man who was picked up by his neck by Lashley @fightbobby & then attacked by MVP @The305MVP was Ariel Dominguez @Official_ArielD.
Most of these competitors were previously seen in the WWE these past few months. In addition a few other wrestlers who appeared ringside were Marina Tucker @BookMarina25, Sofia Castillo @SofiaCastilloCR, & Vinny Mac @dominicanvin15.
The RAW Underground segments provide an excellent chance for WWE to utilize local competitors and get people on television who haven’t received much exposure. Some top WWE Superstars got their start while playing bit parts in the background. We’ll have to see if someday a main event star will be able to say the same about the RAW Underground segments.
