Don’t Expect Invasion Angle On NXT Any Time Soon

WWE hasn’t been able to run any NXT UK shows since the pandemic started, but don’t expect to see a massive invasion on NXT television just because the roster isn’t being used.

Dave Meltzer was asked by a fan why WWE doesn’t fly Pete Dunne, WALTER, and others such as top females from NXT UK and have them quietly quarantine in the USA for two weeks. Then they could invade NXT television and create a buzz that way.

Meltzer stated that they could do that if they wanted to live in the United States. The biggest issue is that WALTER doesn’t want to live in America which has been documented many times before.

They could if they wanted them to live there. But Walter doesn’t want to move.

WWE NXT UK will be back. The company even copyrighted tournament for the brand. We’ll just have to see how long it takes for them to return.

The United Kingdom wrestling scene will open as soon as their authorities say it is okay. WWE obviously can’t wait for that to happen and they told the roster to be ready.
