Paige Celebrates Huge Landmark In Her WWE Career & Triple H Reacts

Paige has a lot to be very proud of from her time in the ring. Becoming the first-ever WWE NXT Women’s Champion has got to be up there. She recently celebrated that big win over Tenille Dashwood and remembered the historic moment, so did everyone else involved.

Paige tweeted out that it’s been 7 years since capturing the NXT Women’s Title. She hung onto that title until debuting on RAW as NXT Women’s Champion. She also defeated AJ Lee for the Divas Title which made Paige a double champion.

7 years! Ahh. So awesome to face @TenilleDashwood and be the first of many incredible badass women who’ve held the title since.

Triple H commented back saying that: “Every bit of it earned.” He also threw in the hashtag “We Are NXT.”

Dashwood wrestled as Emma in WWE. She reacted to the post from Paige as well. The former Emma said: “I’ll never forget it! Such a special time in my life!”

The NXT Women’s Title will go on to be held by many more champions. Paige was the first and winning that title is a moment nobody will forget.
