Deonna Purrazzo won the Impact Wrestling Knockouts title at Slammiversary as she made Jordynne Grace submit. This was a big moment for her, and there was also something about her gear that made the moment so much more special.

Purrazzo revealed that the boots she wore during her big win on July 18th have been with her for a long time. In fact, they are the first pair of pro wrestling boots which made them extra comfortable.
Also, fun fact: the boots I’m wearing are my very first pair of wrestling boots. Whenever I’m nervous for a match, I make sure to wear these for a little bit of extra comfort.
Deonna Purrazzo has plenty of gear, but there is always something special about anything that has been properly broken in. We’ll have to see if Deonna Purrazzo ends up wrestling in those boots again in the future. She certainly added a new memory at Slammiversary.
