Kenny Omega’s character has changed a bit since AEW started, but he can still become The Cleaner when it’s necessary.

Someone called Kenny Omega out for not being able to cut promos. This critical fan also stated that Omega’s “skills are off and he rarely comes off as serious.”

Omega replied to this wondering what this fan was talking about. He then stated that every time he speaks he “breaks the internet.”

Huh? Every time I open my mouth I break the internet. Oh wait, I get it. What you meant is that I don’t use a fake, exaggerated 90’s promo voice? K, I’ll work on that so I can impress you next time.

Another fan who is obviously a follower of Seth Rollins tweeted back at Omega saying: “Come on Kenny!” This fan had Seth Rollins as his profile picture. That encouraged Omega to reply saying: “Sorry your heroes could never do it. That’s no reason to lash out, though.”

The same fan fired back saying: “Rollins promo at takeover when he calls out HHH is x10’s better than what you’ve done kid, keep using your EVP privileges too good use holding back younger talents too boost your own Ego, have a good one Kenny.”

The Cleaner replied to this disgruntled fan by praying that he goes back to school once the coronavirus pandemic is over. “I pray that once Corona ends you can return safely to your 4th grade English class.”

Later on, Kenny Omega sent out a tweet to signify how proud he was of that interaction. He stated that all if took was one tweet to get people going. It turns out that he still knows how to break the internet.

I made 1 tweet as bait and you all came as expected. I understood roughly 10% of the responses. Pathetic, but fun. But pathetic. See you drones next time.

A few fans who hadn’t been following Kenny Omega’s timeline were a bit confused by this tweet. Others totally got what he was laying down.

Kenny Omega might not speak as often as some, but he makes it count when he has something to say.
