Current Status Of Velveteen Dream’s Possible WWE Main Roster Call-Up

WWE is adding a couple NXT Superstars in the next few weeks. They might add Velveteen Dream soon enough as well.

During a post TakeOver conference call, Triple H was asked about the possibility of main roster call-ups soon. He gave a long answer about how shifting is always a possibility. When it comes to Velveteen Dream specifically, we’ll just have to wait and see.

“I think that at any given time there is opportunity for a talent to shift and move whether that be Velveteen Dream or anybody else and sometimes you can see talent on RAW and SmackDown and you know you can only be in the same place doing the same thing for so long so much like you saw Finn Balor come here I think you are going to see that back and forth and shifting. As far as Velveteen Dream goes specifically, you’ll have to wait and see there’s always going to be movement of talent there’s always going to be shifting around.”

Triple H then stated that he thinks it is great when fans start assuming someone is going to RAW or SmackDown because they lost a big match in NXT. It keeps them guessing which is part of the fun.
