AEW started thanks to a YouTube show in a lot of ways. Being The Elite’s fan base created an opportunity and they formed a company with the help of Tony Khan and a few others. Being The Elite is celebrating its 199th episode and they are bringing a three-part show this week.

Being The Elite will be three parts this week. Part one is already out with parts two and three set to be released on Tuesday and Wednesday respectively.

This is another isolation-type video, but they were able to get a lot of content. The tennis court on the BTE Compound were also used to set up a wrestling ring.

Part 1 started out with Matt Hardy giving rules for a squash match and that was pretty entertaining. In case you wondered the rules are:

  1. Three-minute time limit
  2. Jobber is only allowed to perform one offensive move. Jobber teams are permitted one double-team move.
  3. Job guys must not be in better shape or more tan than top talent
  4. A finish only occurs when the over act performs a finishing move once used by the LOD, APA, or Steiner Brothers.

A squash match was next as SCU won an enhancement match against Team High Risk. Nick Jackson worked the camera as he walked around the ring.

The episode later included a triple threat match between Scorpio Sky, Peter Avalon, and Brandon Cutler.

Part 1 featured a few other notable moments like Tommy Dreamer making a special appearance. Joey Ryan was able to find his way into the episode as well and he was wearing a Candice LeRae t-shirt.

Part 2 of this week’s Being The Elite will drop on Tuesday. You can check out part 1 below.
