Daily’s Place will be AEW’s home until the coronavirus pandemic is under control. They are filming on a closed set and taking plenty of precautions. The venue is in a very interesting location now because of what popped up in the parking lot.
During Dynamite this week a parking lot brawl challenge was thrown down by the Best Friends for the Lucha Bros. This match will go down on the next Dynamite which will hopefully be next week unless unforeseen circumstances get in the way once again.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted something very interesting about the Daily’s Place parking lot. Chuck Taylor, Trent, Pentagon Jr, and Fenix might end up battling next to the largest coronavirus testing station in Florida.
AEW was able to film a live Dynamite and tape matches for the 3/234 Dark on 3/18 at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, ironically right next to where the city was about to set up its largest coronavirus testing station in that parking lot.
Tony Khan announced that Blood & Guts will be postponed until further notice. The company still plans on bringing an episode of Dynamite to fans. Chris Jericho vs Matt Hardy will take place next week instead.
The Best Friends vs Lucha Bros parking lot brawl still seems to be on.
