WWE Friday Night SmackDown pulled off last week’s show at the WWE Performance Center with a light crew. They didn’t have many Superstars on the show. They also played a very long Elimination Chamber match in the process.

Just because a Superstar wasn’t on television doesn’t mean they weren’t there last week. Some Superstars braved the COVID-19 risk and showed up at the WWE PC, but they weren’t needed.

Fightful reports that WWE didn’t use all of the blue brand Superstars who showed up to the Performance Center for work on Friday.

There were several wrestlers who weren’t on SmackDown that were still brought to the PC on Friday.

WWE is reportedly doing something different for Raw this week. It will be interesting to see how WWE continues to entertain fans through this trying time.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
