WWE is holding Raw at the Performance Center this week. They aired the Tag Team Elimination Chamber match during SmackDown last week. This week will also see a recent big match to refresh fans’ memory.

Ringside News has been told that the plan as of earlier today was to air the 2020 Men’s Royal Rumble match as part of the Raw broadcast this week. That match saw Drew McIntyre win and claim his WrestleMania match against Brock Lesnar.

The Men’s Royal Rumble match this year was lengthy, so it will take up several blocks of the show. This will also give WWE a good chunk of time during Raw where there is an actual audience.

It has also been proven that fans will still tune in even if they’re not watching a live match.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
