The XFL called off the remainder of their 2020 relaunch season due to the coronavirus. Now one of their players has tested positive for the disease.

Pro Football Talk reports that an unnamed Seattle Dragons player has tested positive for COVID-19. It was said that this player tested positive on Friday.

This player was a part of the last two Seattle Dragons games against the Houston Roughnecks and the St. Louis BattleHawks. The positive test came after the XFL had already called off the remaining games of their season.

This player told the team physician that he was feeling ill on Tuesday and he was quarantined. Now he has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. Our thoughts are with this player and everyone else dealing with this horrible virus.
