Jeff Hardy returned to WWE Friday Night SmackDown this week. The setting was very unique as he performed in front of an empty WWE Performance Center, but it was still a special night for Hardy.

Following his return match on SmackDown, Jeff Hardy was all smiles. He was happy to be back and can’t wait to show the WWE Universe what he still has in the tank. It was still rather odd to return in such a way.

“It was different, it was extremely different being out there in front of the Invisibles. I feel like I’ve been a part of the first SmackDown Twilight Zone. It was very strange in a sense because naturally coming back in my mind I think the WWE Universe with the claps and the juke and all that good stuff.”

“Yeah, it is what it is, man. With what’s going on in the world and we have to make the best of it each and every day.”

WWE has received some praise already for carrying on with the show despite the turbulent situation the world is currently experiencing.
