XFL Calling Off Season Due To Coronavirus

The coronavirus has changed a lot of pro wrestling events. You can find an entire list here. Now the XFL is shutting their doors.

The XFL released an official statement on how they are handling the coronavirus concern. They are holding off on playing all regular season games. They stated that players will be paid. All ticket holders will be given refunds or credit toward future games.

Players will also be paid their benefits on top of their base pay.

This is a big deal as the XFL’s 2020 relaunch was halted so suddenly.
