All Elite Wrestling continues to build momentum for themselves in their first full year of regular operations, with Dynamite currently averaging just under a million viewers every single week.

There are plenty of reasons as to why people are continuing to tune in, with one of the primary factors being how progressive the storytelling feels on a week to week basis. One of the best examples of that comes from the resurgence of Dustin Rhodes who is experiencing a tremendous run of form late in his career.

Then you’ve also got Jake Hager formerly known as Jack Swagger, who is starting to gain some traction after an initially slow start in AEW.

The two men are clearly gearing up to go toe to toe at some point, and while it may have seemed like a bizarre match-up not so long ago during their days in WWE, it’s now an incredibly appealing showdown between two of the more notable faces in AEW.

The power of this new brand has seen them do things that many, for a long time, considered to be impossible. They’re legitimate contenders when it comes to the race to become the top dog in the world of pro wrestling, even if it takes a few years for them to really ascend to those heights.

Every single week of Dynamite is can’t miss right now as we gear up for their next big pay-per-view, and it’ll be interesting to see whether or not AEW decides to expand on this feud even further.
