MVP comes to the ring for the first episode of the V.I.P Lounge in ten years. MVP welcomes everyone to the show and says that the Lounge is still the spot for everyone better than you. Then says he couldn’t think of a better person to be on the show following the hiatus than the man who single-handily eliminated Brock Lesnar and won the Royal Rumble.
Drew McIntyre makes his way down the ramp and there’s two guys with clipboards and a red rope. They stop him and start checking the list but Drew knocks the rope over. He gets into the ring and hugs MVP.

MVP says that he and Drew go a long way back, up and down the road together, and he’s so proud of him. MVP says he wants Drew to focus on the prize and not focus on the naysayers. McIntyre says he knows there’s always a catch with MVP, and asks him to spit it out. MVP takes off his sunglasses and tells Drew to look at him, that he’s sincere. However, some people are saying that Drew isn’t ready to be WWE Champion yet. But that’s not him, that’s just some people. The two of them are going to change that.
Drew asks if the two of them won the Royal Rumble. MVP says of course not, but Drew’s best days are ahead, while his in-ring career is behind him. MVP tells him he needs a manager to guide him and help him. McIntyre says there it is, there’s the catch. He says perhaps MVP could be his advocate, his Paul Heyman. MVP says a better looking version, yes.
Drew says the difference between him and Brock is that he doesn’t need an external brain to think or talk for him. MVP gets mad and says he’s never been an ass-kisser, but he is an ass-kicker. Drew shakes his head and turns to leave but MVP pulls him back and says he needs him. Drew delivers the Glasgow Kiss, then throws the table from the ring. He rips his shirt off, counts down, and hits a Claymore Kick!
We see a replay of two weeks ago when Randy Orton viciously attacked Edge. Randy will be live on Raw tonight to explain his actions.
Zelina Vega comes to the ring alongside Angel Garza. She says she wants to show everyone how Angel is a man’s man, so we see the video of last week when he attacks Humberto Carrillo, his own cousin. Garza says no other man can measure up to him. However he’s also a ladies man, because no woman could possibly resist him. Humberto Carrillo comes out and attacks him – got a good reaction for the first time ever too! Officals come down and pull Carrillo off.
Cedrix Alexander vs. Angel Garza W/ZELINA VEGA
The match begins and Garza hangs between the ropes to keep Alexander away for a minute. The referee pulls Cedric away but then Garza cheap shots him. Garza applies a submission to Alexander but the former Cruiserweight Champion turns the tables.
Garza sends Cedric to the apron, where he dives back in with a hurricanrana. Alexander unloads a flurry of kicks, followed by a running forearm and a dropkick to the back. Garza us knocked to the floor but he counters Alexander’s dive. Garza considered pulling the floor padding up but changed his mind. Alexander slammed him into the steel steps, then back into the ring.

We see a replay of last week when Charlotte Flair was approached by NXT Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley. Charly Caruso interviews Ripley backstage and asks if she’s still waiting on an answer from Flair. Rhea says she is not, because she doesn’t wait for anyone. Sarah Logan interrupts the interview and says Rhea can’t just come to Raw and do as she pleases, who does she think she is. Ripley says exactly who she is, but asks who the hell Logan is.
Bobby Lashley is interviewed backstage but Lana interrupts. She tells the interviewer she needs to be more respectful. Lana says her and Bobby are always thinking the same thing, and they’ve been thinking that Ricochet is a thief who stole his dream. Lashley says Ricochet stole from him but he won’t tonight. Tonight he will reintroduce Ricochet to reality and he won’t even make it to Super Show Down.
Sarah Logan comes out and says that if Rhea Ripley wants to know who she is, well she is Sarah Logan and she will defend her turf. She calls out Rhea for a match. Ripley acquisces but before the bell can ring, Charlotte comes out in a dress to watch proceedings.
Welcome to brutality.

Rhea Ripley Vs. Sarah Logan
The match gets underway and Ripley drops Logan with a big boot. Ripley hits short-arm clotheslines to Logan while never taking her eyes from Charlotte. Ripley hits Logan with a dropkick, then hits the Riptide for the win.
Winner: Rhea Ripley
Rhea asks where her answer is. She says last week she invited her to fight for the NXT Championship at WrestleMania. She came to Raw and didn’t get an answer. Charlotte came to NXT and didn’t give an answer. Flair says that perhaps that’s just how the Queen operates. Flair says that, how do we even know that Ripley will be the NXT Women’s Champion?
Ricochet Vs. Bobby Lashley W/lANA
The match gets underway and Ricochet takes the fight to Lashley but it’s not long before the big man takes control. Ricochet leaps over Bobby but Lashley returns the favour and drops him with a shoulder. Lashley lifts Ricochet up but he wriggles free and finds himself on the apron.
Enziguiri from Ricochet and a springboard clothesline knocks Lashley from the ring. Ricochet hits a suicide dive, then rolls Lashley back in the ring. Lashley swings for him but misses and Ricochet sends him to the outside where he hits a tope as we head to the break.
We’re back live and Lashley whips Ricochet into the corner with velocity so he flies up and over to the floor. Lashley looks to whip Ricochet into the steps but the one and only jumps up onto them and moonsaults off onto Lashley!
Back in the ring, Lashley again knocks Ricochet from the ring by whipping him into the ring post. Lashley goes out and talks trash to Ricochet before sending him back inside for a float-over suplex and a two-count. Ricochet tries to fight back and connects with a leaping kick to the head.
Ricochet hits a rolling dropkick that sends Lashley into the corner. Ricochet hits a shoulder tackle and lands on the apron, followed by a springboard crossbody and a running shooting star press for a near-fall. Ricochet knees Lashley but then gets hit with a back body drop. Lashley hits a massive one-handed spinebuster for a near-fall and he can’t believe it.

Lashley puts Ricochet on the top rope and attempts a super back suplex but Ricochet lands on his feet and hits a running dropkick. Ricochet heads up top and hits a 630 splash for the win!
