Maria Kanellis gave birth to her second child last week. Carver Mars Bennett was born, but now mama is focusing on her next steps.

Kanellis uploaded a selfie today showing off one week after birth. She slimmed down a lot, but that’s expected since she’s no longer carrying a baby.

One week postpartum… love @carbon38 pants!! The waist band is perfect support for my tummy! 

Tons of her co-workers and fans have sent Maria Kanellis words of support telling her how good she looks. Kanellis was able to get back to action pretty soon after having daughter Freddie Moon. We’ll have to see how long she needs to get back on television after Carver’s birth.
