Sasha Banks Not Cleared To Compete At WWE Royal Rumble

When Sasha Banks was out recording an album with Snoop Dogg nobody asked questions. She was scheduled for a match and didn’t work it, nor did she get physical the next week. Now Banks’ absence from the Women’s Royal Rumble points to another period of time off for The Boss.

Fightful Select reports that they have confirmed with two sources that Sasha Banks is not medically cleared to compete. She actually hasn’t wrestled since January 3rd.

When asking why Sasha Banks wasn’t in tonight’s Royal Rumble, Fightful was informed that Sasha Banks wasn’t cleared to compete. She’s not wrestled since January 3.  We weren’t told the specific injury or the severity of the injury, or even when she’s expected to be back. 

Sasha Banks doesn’t like information about her injuries getting out there. We’ll keep an eye on this situation.
