WALTER didn’t have the best time in Chicago recently. He showed up at an EVOLVE event, but then the rental car he had his bag in was burglarized. His WWE UK Title and passport were stolen leaving him in a very bad situation.
After he was robbed, WALTER still worked the EVOLVE event. His ring gear was in the bag as well so he had to wrestle without any boots on. While speaking to Gary Cassidy, WALTER explained what he had to do after being robbed.
“I got nothing back. The window got smashed in the car when we were eating lunch and they stole the luggage, the backpacks and stuff.”
“I had to fly home with nothing and go to the Austrian embassy in New York and get an emergency passport and go home.”
WALTER seems to be doing better since he was able to get home. Losing his passport had to have been a scary situation at first. Luckily emergency passports exist or WALTER would have been in even more trouble. Let’s just see if WWE lets any of their champions carry their actual titles to any future EVOLVE events.
