DDP Making In-Ring Return Next Week On AEW Dynamite

DDP is a WWE Hall Of Famer, but he hasn’t wrestled his last match yet.

MJF came out to see if Cody Rhodes would accept his stipulations that he laid down before accepting a match. He came out right after Cody & Dustin Rhodes’ brutal match versus The Lucha Bros, so Cody couldn’t come right back out.

MJF counted down from 10 and then called Cody a bitch. Suddenly, DDP came out and introduced himself as if he needed any introduction. He got a good DDP Yoga plug in.

DDP got the crowd to chant “AEW” and he admitted that if anyone told him 19 years ago that he would be back on TNT for a company called AEW then “I would tell them they’re smoking crack.”

DDP said since his last Dynamite all the fans asked if he’s coming back for one more match. MJF yelled “enough” and he said that in his prime DDP couldn’t lace The Salt Of The Earth’s boots and he can’t hold his jock now.

This was followed by MJF bringing out the Butcher & The Blade. MJF told DDP that WCW is dead and “dead is the average age of your fans.” Then MJF said DDP can either kiss his ring or they can send him to Hospice.

DDP hit a Diamond Cutter on The Butcher & The Blade. MJF nailed DDP with a low blow kick next. Then MJF and Wardlow got the upperhand before QT Marshall and Dustin Rhodes ran out for the save.

Later it was announced that DDP, Dustin Rhodes, and QT Marshall will team up next week on Dynamite to face The Butcher, Blade, and MJF.
