WWE Universal Title Match Set For 2020 Royal Rumble

WWE SmackDown started off this week with a big triple threat match. Daniel Bryan took on King Corbin and The Miz with the winner receiving a WWE Universal Title shot against The Fiend at the Royal Rumble on January 26th.

The Fiend has been on a roll and he did not defend the title at TLC. Instead, Bray Wyatt wrestled as himself against The Miz. Now The Fiend will wrestle again and this will be a heated match probably under a red light.

They teased this match a few times throughout the night. Finally, Daniel Bryan defeated The Miz in the main event of Friday Night SmackDown. This was after Roman Reigns ran off King Corbin.

Following Daniel Bryan’s big win Bray Wyatt had a special Firefly Fun House message for the #1 contender. The Royal Rumble is going to be a lot of fun.
