Why WWE Debuted NXT Superstars During Last Night’s RAW Tapings

WWE brought two female NXT Superstars with them to Des Moines, Iowa this week. They recorded two shows and two debuts took place. What is WWE’s plan?

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer discussed the two NXT Superstars who made their debuts last night.

“My impression is that this is not a call-up that they just needed people to lose. You know just to give people wins. That’s just what it is.”

It might have been nice to see a couple of NXT Superstars get called up to the main roster, especially two that aren’t featured very much on the USA Network. That doesn’t seem to be the case and they just needed people to lose on this week and next week’s shows.
