WWE had one match booked for TLC on December 15th and then they got around to booking their second on SmackDown.

Shorty G & Mustafa Ali faced Lucha House Party, The Revival, and Heavy Machinery in an elimination tag team match. The winner got a title shot at TLC.

The Lucha House Party were eliminated first, Heavy Machinery went out next, then The Revival eliminated Shorty G and Mustafa Ali.

That means we will have The New Day vs. The Revival for the SmackDown Tag Team Titles at TLC.
