WWE brought a loaded show to FOX on the day after Thanksgiving. This episode included many newsworthy moments, but was it enough to pull in viewers?

The company only had a New Day open challenge and something promised for the Firefly Fun House promised. Fans had no idea what they would see when tuning in, and it turns out that WWE might have needed to promote more for the show.

According to Showbuzz Daily, this week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown brought in 2.350 million viewers in the first hour and 2.322 in the second. That comes to an average of 2.336 million viewers.

This number is down from last week’s average of 2.544 million viewers. It’s not a bad rating for a Black Friday episode, but WWE and FOX would obviously prefer a larger audience.
