The Young Bucks are known throughout the pro wrestling world as a tag team, but will they ever split up? The say it’s not happening, but there was already a thought of them facing each other in AEW.

During their show at Starrcast IV, The Young Bucks were asked about possibly having singles runs. Nick Jackson responded by saying that the only way that would happen is if one of them was injured.

“God forbid one of us gets injured or anything that’s the only way you’ll see us do a type of singles match. I don’t know, I think we’re gonna be a tag team forever. Wouldn’t that be cool? Just a tag team that stays together forever?”

The Jackson Brothers were also asked whether they will face each other eventually. Nick Jackson said that chances are higher of that happening. They just don’t want to tell the same kind of story that gets rehashed so often.

“Chances are higher for that. You’re not going to see a lame brother versus brother storyline like we see every year in the wrestling business it seems.”

“If there’s a situation like a tournament or something that we’re forced to be in, in that kind of situation I could see it happening. It’s funny because at All In we thought we were going to have a singles match together because we thought it was different.”

They talked about having a Jackson vs Jackson match at Double Or Nothing. Matt said “it’s one of those tricky situations.” They also wonder “if there would be any business for that.” In the end, even if they wrestle each other they’re not breaking up.
